• Size: 45 m² apartment, fully air-conditioned (living room and bedroom) for optimum comfort.
• Outside: Large 15 m² terrace, ideal for enjoying the outdoors in peace and quiet.

Fully equipped kitchen: Functional and modern, it includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric hob, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

• Master bedroom: Equipped with 5-star bedding, Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm) and en-suite bathroom.
• Living room: Features a Roche Bobois sofa bed, offering comfortable sleeping with a 160 x 198 cm mattress (thickness: 13 cm, HR 30 kg/m³ foam).
• Cot available free of charge on request.

Bathroom: Each bathroom is equipped with a shower (or bathtub) and includes toiletries such as shower gels, shampoos and soaps. Hairdryer provided.

• Linen provided: We provide all the linen you need, including sheets, pillowcases, comforters, pillows, blankets and towels (bath and pool towels).
• A change of bathroom and kitchen linen is made every mid-week.
• A complete change of linen is provided every 15 days. End-of-stay cleaning is included.

1 to 4 people + 1 baby. Possibility of adding a cot and high chair free of charge.
