Boat & jet ski rental
Several service providers offer boat and jet ski rentals within walking distance of the Residence Saletta. You will also find pedal boats, as well as numerous water activities such as buoys, flyfish, wakeboard or water skiing.
Diving school
Our region offers you the opportunity to explore extraordinary underwater reserves. From a first dive for beginners to a visit to wrecks for the more experienced, the diving clubs offer many possibilities for you and your family.
Sailing school
The Ile-Rousse sailing club offers many activities: rental (paddle, windsurf, windfoil, catamaran, kayak, etc.), introductory courses, guided tours.
Land activities
Hiking, trail exploration, cycling, etc. Many family activities are offered to satisfy everyone.
Quad & Segway rental
Discover the city on a segway, for a unique ride. Or explore the area on a quad bike or SSV for an unforgettable experience.
Motorbike & scooter rental
The following are available for hire at Loc'Scoots: Sym Fiddle 125s (requiring a B licence) and Sym Mio 50s (without a licence) for periods ranging from half a day to one month at very affordable rates.
Trails from L'Île-Rousse
Escapades and hikes around L'Île-Rousse, "Nantu à i chjassi di a nostra memoria" (On the paths of our memory). Whether you are a beginner or a professional, several paths are available to take you through the villages of our region and reveal all their secrets. With loops ranging from 2.5 km to 12 km, there is something for everyone. Hiking packs are on sale at the Île-Rousse Tourist Office.

Discover the craftsmen of the region, let yourself be carried away by the polyphonic songs or even enjoy a tasting in a vineyard. Here are some of the activities not to be missed.
Saleccia Park
On the seafront, at the gateway to Ile-Rousse, come and visit an exceptional site with 7 hectares of Corsican and Mediterranean vegetation staged by a landscape gardener. Through its botanical circuit, you will discover the "Art of gardens in the heart of the Corsican maquis", exceptional plant collections, as well as 30 explanatory panels on the maquis plants and the history of the park. The park has a picnic area, a small restaurant and discovery trails for children.
The Botanical Fruit Garden
A botanical fruit garden of collection and experimental unique in France for its diversity, its mode of culture entirely natural, without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. A must-see!
The Artisans' Route
The Route of the Craftsmen of Balagne. This itinerary on the roads of Balagne allows you to meet in their workshops, these women and men who have chosen to express with their hands what is in their minds. Brochure to download on the website of the Ile-Rousse Tourist Office.
The "Route des Sens"
The praise of the difference, the particularity, the anchoring of the past, the valorisation of natural and cultural resources, this is what you will discover on the Route des Sens Authentiques. Know-how is honoured and resolutely turned towards the future. Women and men in love with their land have managed to combine the art of practising an ancestral trade with a modern way of life. A Strada Musicale
The mobile application "A Strada Musicale" (the musical road) is a real immersion in the heart of an oral and sound heritage, the foundation of the island's culture. Designed as an itinerant audio tour, it accompanies you in music to the very places that bear witness to this sound activity: canti sacri (sacred songs) in the churches, tribbiere (wheat threshing) on the aghje (wheat fields). It is based on 90 referenced sites spread throughout the Balagne region, identified by specific signs, to which a sound background specific to each site and an explanation have been added. An unusual experience to be discovered by downloading the "Musical Strada" application.
